you deliver wine gifts direct to our customers or staff and include
a message or card from us?
A. Yes, we deliver nationwide and pack your gift with your message
or, for example, your company’s own compliments slip.
Do you supply
wine with personalised labels?
A. Yes. The minimum order quantity for
personalised label orders is 24 bottles of the same wine.
Can
you handle an ongoing gift promotion for us and send out wine
gifts when we need to?
A. Yes, we regularly handle promotions that involve direct delivery
of wine and Champagne gifts as part of an incentive scheme or
sales promotion campaign.
Do you handle
large and small orders?
A. We pride ourselves in providing first
class customer service whether the order is for 1 or 1000 wine
gifts! Our customers include large and small businesses. Our level
of repeat business is reassuringly high.
Do
you supply wines by the case?
A. Yes. Any of the wines listed or shown in the gift examples
can be purchased by the case.

Do
you sell wine to the public?
A. Yes, but the minimum order is 12 bottles of the same wine.
I’ve seen
Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc on your wine list. Can I buy some?
A. Existing Wines Select customers are
offered this particular wine first and our allocation usually
runs out early in the year.
Do
you accept credit cards and on line orders?
A. Yes we accept credit cards. We reserve the right to make a 2% surcharge for customers paying with American Express. We provide a bespoke service and all our customers needs are different therefore we do not currently operate an online ordering service.
